With a 5 month lead in, we were able to undertake detailed investigation works that eliminated latent conditions, close out design issues, sign off on shop drawings and technical data and procure all relevant labour, materials and equipment which allowed the project to run smoothly over the Christmas closedown. Special thanks to all subcontractors, suppliers, and our client SJOG, consultants and project team who delivered the perfect project in just under 5 weeks to ensure the hospital experienced no lost revenue due to delays.
